Mini Newborn Session

Cancellation Policy

Newborn mini sessions are a shorter, wrapped-only version of my full newborn experience and are offered on select dates and times only. Because these sessions are limited and booked back-to-back, payment is due in full at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received. Newborn mini sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, your payment will be forfeited. Rescheduling is not permitted due to the limited availability and time-sensitive nature of these sessions. Punctuality is extremely important. Babies must arrive freshly fed and ready to begin so we can take full advantage of your time slot. If you arrive late, that time will be deducted from your session. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their session entirely without refund or rescheduling. Newborn minis include a set number of wrapped poses and edited digital images as outlined in the session details. Minis do not include family photos or unwrapped poses unless stated otherwise. Additional images may be available for purchase after your gallery is delivered. By booking a newborn mini session, you agree to these terms and understand that no exceptions will be made.
