Cancellation Policy

The Grow With Me Package includes a total of three (3) sessions: one newborn session, one 6-month milestone session, and one first birthday session. Clients may not substitute or add additional sessions within this package unless agreed upon in writing and invoiced separately. This package includes one session per milestone. It does not include three sessions per milestone. Only one session is allotted for each age range—newborn, 6 months, and one year. All sessions must be completed within 13 months of the newborn session date. Any unused sessions beyond this timeframe will be forfeited. A non-refundable retainer is required to book the package and reserve session dates. The remaining balance may be paid in full or in installments, but the balance must be paid in full before the final session takes place. If a client chooses to cancel the package before all sessions are completed, a 15% cancellation fee of the remaining unpaid balance will be charged immediately. Any sessions already completed will be billed at the full individual session rate, and any package discounts will be voided. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session at the photographer’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for any reason. Credits may be offered in special circumstances, at the discretion of the photographer. By booking this package, the client agrees to these terms and acknowledges that this is a bundled offer that cannot be broken apart, refunded, or altered without written agreement.
